- During Pandemic many category people got affected on their livelihood, eg. Covid patients haven't got proper medical guidance, students who lost their education & hundreds of people lost their jobs. - vaccinations provided solutions for the health issues, - the online medium took over education - Yet, the daily wagers who lost their jobs, lifestyle, possessions, and more are still clueless to overcome the impact. Many are yet to repay their debts, loans, etc. - More than 12 crore people lost their jobs during the pandemic, out of which 75% are daily wage laborers. ("The Hindu") - 750 people died during migration. And criminal cases captured due to financial crunch. (Indian Express)

Our solution "En Mission '' The Hub connects across spectrums to bring a community to connect, with the support of government bodies, NGO’s and social interested people and collects the local database of the people who lost their jobs and people who search for laborers. Any skilled labor / daily wagers like electrician, plumber, farmers, etc., can register themself. Agents, contractors, or mediators who are in search of daily wage workers can also search and get skilled people through this. The hub has a KIOSK/tablet app where they input their details through typing or voice commands. We also have a dropbox for non-digital areas. The hub works with the government to utilize existing infrastructure, like the post offices, railway stations, etc. for ease of use.NGOs / Social volunteers help people guiding to access KIOSK, meeting individuals in remote places for details. Funding is brought up through NGOs, social volunteers. We do offer a mobile app to do all activities with ease of use.

Hub 2.0 also helps graduates for job opportunities, help students cultivate secondary skills like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.,
