Project Summary

Problem Identified

At the initial stages of the project we were thinking about various problems in the society. After detailed analysis of various crisis we narrowed down the problems to sugar crisis and waterbody littering. The most preferred topic by our team mates was sugar crisis.

Design Innovation

rbody littering. The most preferred topic by our teammates was sugar crisis. After speaking to multiple people of different age groups and income groups we narrowed our user persona to children (5 - 12 years ago) of all income groups. After this step we started with the solution phase. After observing multiple solutions we narrowed down the list to making a policy by introducing children to basic farming technique and food habits that can be inculcated in them at school and also making a farming based application software named as “LITTLE KISAAN” where they can grow digital plants and interact with them. This application software is specifically designed for children for educating them about the importance of healthy natural food and making healthy food choices and avoiding packaged high-sugar foods.

Impact On The Society

This will play a major role in changing the societal habits and helps in promoting a healthy lifestyle for future generations. The main aim of our solution is to reduce the risk of health issues caused by high sugar consumption in people from an early age.
