The government of India on Monday, March 16, 2020, announced the closure of all the educational institutions. This brought a change which the education ecosystem was not looking forward to. For the first time, both children and teachers were forced to take the school into their homes. Manu, who’s 8 years old has had her routine disturbed and her mood put off since the lock-down,. She misses the emotional connect with the classmates and teachers which the digital media in use fail to deliver. She has been reluctant to attend the online classes and is becoming restless. 1.38 billion children across the globe are facing the same difficulty his made us ponder... How might we help ‘Manu’ and many like her to get on board and adapt to a digital solution while successfully providing them with the human touch that they so badly miss.
