Lourd has more than 20 years of experience in UX under his belt and is the Design Director of frog India. He has worked across consumer electronics, insurance, telecom software, handheld and mobile devices, and many more, and led many international projects involving research and design. He has built many creative teams from the ground up over the course of his career, and is now shaping up the frog India team.

He holds Master’s degree in Psychology.
